There have been many studies conducted on the relationship between rest and happiness, and they clearly show that good sleep leads to greater well-being and quality of life.
Getting good sleep benefits many aspects of our lives that we want you to know about, and we will explain them to you:
- Makes us more attractive. And we’re not just saying it; the British Medical Journal says it. Getting good sleep makes us more attractive than when we don’t.
- Reduces stress. We know your daily life is busy, but there’s nothing like a good rest to wake up the next day full of #GoodVibes.
- Soothes hunger. Getting good sleep helps regulate the hormones responsible for appetite naturally. Lack of sleep can disrupt these hormones, making us hungrier, overeat, and potentially gain weight.
- Are you studying? Then sleep well! It has been proven that good rest is essential for consolidating what we’ve learned in our minds.
- Your goals will be within reach if you rest well. Your days will feel shorter, and you will perform better, helping you reach your set goals more easily.
What tips do we give you for better rest?
If you already follow us on our social media channels, you have probably read some of our posts where we give advice for better rest and, therefore, a better quality of life.
For example, it is highly recommended to engage in 30 minutes of exercise per day to achieve that positive energy you need in your routine, and opening the windows of our room for 15 minutes each morning will help us rest better at night and have a day full of #GoodVibes.
