For the sale of each Oliva model, the Malaga-based company has donated 5 euros to alleviate the costs of the free services provided by the organization to patients and their families
Colchón La Nuit has managed to raise a total of 6,500 euros for the Spanish Association Against Cancer in Malaga, thanks to the campaign “Committed to a great cause, united for so many heroes”.
During the donation ceremony, which took place on Monday, January 17, at the association’s headquarters, the manager of La Nuit mattress, Raimundo Artacho, and the president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer in Malaga, Joaquín Morales, were present.
After a year of the fundraising campaign “Committed to a great cause, united for so many heroes,” 5 euros have been donated for each Oliva model mattress until reaching the total amount of the donation.
This donation is fully intended to alleviate the costs of the free services provided by this organization, both to patients and their families, such as medical and nursing guidance, psychological and social support, and accompaniment services.
The manager of Colchón La Nuit has emphasized that “we feel tremendously proud of the success obtained, and we want to thank all our clients and collaborators for their total involvement in this project, as well as the Spanish Association Against Cancer in Malaga for opening their doors to us and letting us be part of them and their great work.” Artacho also pointed out that “thanks to all of you, we will contribute to enabling so many heroes and heroines to continue fighting this tough battle against cancer and emerge as victors.”
On the other hand, the president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer in Malaga has expressed gratitude to the company for this charitable work. Morales explained that “all donations are welcome because they allow us to work day by day for equity. Our goal is to ensure that all patients have the same opportunities in the face of cancer.”
